Do you cover my London postcode for a boiler installation?
Yes. We cover every Greater London borough and the main EC, E, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC postcode sectors. If you are just outside the M25 boundary, tell us the postcode on the contact form and we will confirm whether we can attend.
How quickly can you survey a property in different parts of London?
Survey appointments are usually available within a few days across all boroughs. Tell us if your current boiler has failed and you need to move faster.
Is installation priced the same in every borough?
Every job is priced after a free survey based on the boiler type, output and scope of work — not by borough. The process is identical everywhere: survey, fixed quote, Gas Safe installation.
Why do you have separate pages for each borough?

Can you survey a property in a leasehold flat?
Yes — the survey checks whether an external flue position needs freeholder consent, which is common in blocks of flats, and factors it into the quote and timescale.
